How does the Student discount work?
Students can enjoy an exclusive discount on all plans when paid annually. To activate, sign up using your academic email and provide proof of enrollment to our support team.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever needed. Any changes will take effect from the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial available for paid plans?
We offer a 120-day free trial for the Starter plan. If you'd like to trial the other plans before committing, please contact our sales team.
How does cloud storage work for each plan?
Each plan comes with different amounts of cloud storage:
- Basic: 1 GB
- Starter: 10 GB
- Pro: 100 GB
- Team: 100 GB per member
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards and can provide invoicing for Enterprise users. We also offer discounts for Academy licenses. Please contact our sales team for a tailored plan.
