Delete account
If you wish to close your Elumity account, whether you’re moving to a different platform, account or if you’re not satisfied with Elumity, you can easily do so via the “Delete account” button inside the Your account view.
Please note that if you delete your account you won’t be able to reactivate it. Elumity’s privacy protection keeps no record of your account once you delete it in order to protect your privacy and files. If you wish to come back to Elumity at a later time, you can register again using the same email address you’ve used before.
